Debolina Dutta started her career as a Montessori trained teacher in Kolkata, working with children for over 3 years. After specializing in Corporate Training, she went on to teach adults, professionals, and pre-teens. She teaches Communication, Personality Development, and Life Skills.

As an Editor, Ranjan has more than 100 documentaries, news, and feature stories to his credit. He has also written screenplays for various feature films in different languages ranging from Hindi to Bengali to Odia. Ranjan also teaches Filmmaking and conducts workshops in Screenplay Writing and Direction all over India. Ranjan has been on the jury of Kashish International Film Festival, Mumbai, 2019, and Chambal International Film Festival, Kota (Rajasthan), 2020. Being in the industry has its own charms and challenges, which Ranjan is eager to teach his students about. His creativity and passion for cinema is one he hopes to pass on to the next generation of filmmakers.
Karan Bali graduated from the Film & Television Institute of India, Pune, with a specialization in Film Direction in 1993. He has been making documentaries primarily, and also been the first Assistant Director on two feature films.

Since 2010, Karan has been teaching Film Appreciation and Filmmaking. He is also the Co-founder and Content-in-charge of Upperstall.com, an analytical portal on the cinema of the sub-continent. An American in Madras (2013), his first feature-length documentary, has been screened world over at various film festivals and was streaming on Netflix from 2017-2019. Currently, he is completing another feature-length documentary on the confluence between politics and cinema in Tamil Nadu, South Indian – Naan Aanayittaal. Karan’s love for cinema is infectious, and he hopes to make all his students fall in love with it.
