- Kindly note that Ri8brain does not provide refunds on any of our courses.
- Ri8brain will instead accommodate the customer by providing a spot in another batch of choosing free of charge or any other course.
- In case of opting to continue with another course, the maximum discount will be equal to the amount paid towards the fees for the original course.
- Refund in extreme cases with special circumstances is possible dependent on internal review and approvals.
- In case of refund, processing will take up to 15-30 working days of receipt of the refund request.
